Information you provide
What the consultation form collects.
The consultation form asks for your name and email address, along with a description of what you need help with. You may also provide a phone number, organization, and service area.
The application stores a submitted consultation request so it can be reviewed and managed through the protected administrator workflow.
Limited internal notice.
If a notification recipient is configured, the application may send a notice that a new consultation request exists. The notice does not include the message body you submitted.
Do not send secrets.
Do not submit passwords, API keys, financial information, or other secrets through the consultation form.

Start with the same contact channel.
If you have a question about information you previously submitted, use the consultation form and provide enough context for 411 Technologies to understand the request.
This notice does not state a fixed retention period or make promises about services that are not part of the current application.
